Brush Pens

I personally find it easier to use brush pens that have a smaller brush tip because it allows you to have more control of the pen. I recommend the following brush pens:

Paper

The reason the paper needs to be smooth to letter on is because the more we practice on "smooth" paper, the longer our brush pens will last since the brush tips will not become frayed. I recommend the following paper brands:

I'm a firm believer in practicing different styles of lettering repeatedly to develop muscle memory. Here are 3 practice sheet bundles I would recommend to help explore your lettering style:

iPad lettering

ever since I started iPad Lettering, I have been obsessed with it and create 50% of my artwork on the iPad now! but I remember when I first bought my iPad, I had no idea where to start! I was soo confused! So I wanted to share some of my favorite tools, tutorials and resources below :) you got this! 🤗

my favorite apps are Procreate for lettering + creating my artwork and Adobe Sketch for watercolor wash backgrounds + using the vector brushes if I need to vector my artwork :)💖
